Procedure

The procedure for applying to International School of Wuxi is as follows:

New Students

1. Submit a completed application form.
2. Complete all necessary testing.
3. Submit a completed health information form and a physical evaluation form, duly signed by a certified doctor.
4. Submit a current transcript or copy of school records.
5. Submit a copy of the student's and his/her parents' passports.
6. Complete an admissions interview with the Principal or a designated school official.
7. Pay registration fee.

Continuing Students

1. Submit a completed re-enrollment form.
2. Students entering third, sixth and ninth grades must submit a completed medical exam form, signed by a medical doctor, unless they have provided a copy of a physical exam within the past year.
3. Pay all re-registration fees by the date specified in the re-enrollment packet.
